Dogs in Sweaters

Why are Meet and Greets so important? At M & M DogCare, we value the importance of meet and greets. We want to make sure that your dog is comfortable staying with us while you are away. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and homely environment for your furry friend. During the meeting, we can answer any questions you may have and introduce your dog to our pet. We are confident that we will be the perfect home away from home for your four-legged family member.  Please contact us to schedule a Meet & Greet!

Is your pup a good fit? At M & M Dogcare, we only accept dogs under 25lbs.

all dogs we board have to be good with children and other dogs. Please no aggressive dogs!

How many dogs do we watch at a time? At M&M DogCare, we keep our numbers low, only watching three dogs at a time plus our own dog, Trixie.  Its important to us that each pup gets the individual attention they crave. We’re dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment that offers all the comforts of home.

Are you flexible with drop off and pick up times? Yes we are!!! We always do our best to accommodate the times you need!

What is extended care from drop off time? Say, if you drop your pup off at 10am, and you pick up your pup the next day at 12;30pm, you will be charged 50 percent of the nightly rate.

for anything over 2 hours from your drop off time and anything over 8 hrs, from your drop off time, you will be charged the full nightly rate.

What happens if I cancell my booking?  All clients will get a full refund if they cancel by 12pm one week before their stay begins.  After that, they will get a 50% refund on the first 7cancelled days and 100% refund on any days after that.

Are dogs required to be vaccinated and what shots are required? Dogs should be current with their rabies, DHPP and Bordattela. Written proof of vaccinations are required before boarding. M & M DogCare will always be transparent with all pet owners of any illnesses prior to boarding.
